What's in the base platform?
Manifests & Operations is the base every Reefline account runs on: the admin dashboard, bookings, customers, crew rostering, digital manifests, roll calls, dive logs, and the big screen display. Every add-on module builds on top of it.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Reefline is offline-first. The manifest app, gear tracking, and waivers all work without signal. Data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
Are there contracts or lock-in periods?
No. Pay month-to-month and cancel any time. Your data is always exportable.
What hardware do I need?
Any modern tablet or phone. For gear tracking, we supply NFC tags that attach to your equipment. No proprietary hardware required.
How many crew members can access the system?
Unlimited. Pricing is per-operation, not per-user. Add as many crew, skippers, and admin staff as you need.
How long is data stored?
Indefinitely. Incident reports, manifests, waivers, and service records are retained for as long as your account is active -- and exportable if you leave.
Can I run multiple vessels or locations?
Yes. The base platform includes one location and one vessel. Each additional location is $100/mo and each additional vessel is $50/mo. Owners and admins see every location from a head-office view, while crew only ever see their own site.
